WHERE I AM TODAY
I am a textile engineer, currently working as a Material Specialist Apparel Innovation for On and studying digital innovation in a part-time master’s program. Since my career started in 2011 as an apprentice for windsor GmbH (part of the Holy Fashion Group) I gained a lot of work experience in the apparel and textiles industry. I was lucky enough to recieve deep insights and hands on experience from fabric creation over apparel manufacturing in Vietnam to the product development and innovation management of fashion and sportswear brands.
WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR
I am currently looking for a new full-time position to start as soon as possible. The perfect job would either involve me in a process to design strategic innovation or in developing and managing exciting products. What is most important to me are the following three topics:
PURPOSE
I am looking for a job that is giving me purpose. I want to help build something that makes the world better, tackles some of the major social and environmental issues or that delivers joy and happiness to passionate people.
CREATIVITY
I am looking for a job that lets me work creativley on a wide variety of topics and that gives me and the team I am working in the freedom to choose our own way to achive the given goal.
INNOVATION
I am looking for a job that lets me work on tomorrows solutions instead of preserving the status quo.

- Creation of viable and innovative material concepts for On’s growing apparel range aiming to enhance the performance and sustainability of the products
- Driving long-term material development projects as well as direct-to-market innovations with immediate implementation into the seasonal product creation process
